Advertising/ Media Sales Executive

The Company:

The Voyageur Group are industry leading publishers and event organisers within the Global Travel & Health Insurance Sector. Established for over 30 years, we have a strong presence in the market, with a growing number of published titles delivered in print, online and through TV, to a well-established global audience of senior decision makers.

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic Advertising / Media Sales Executive to join our team.

The Role:

Ideally with a track record of advertising sales in a business to business environment, you will have a genuine opportunity to develop your own title within the ever-expanding Medical Travel sector, offering a range of products across print, digital and TV.

Preferably with some digital sales experience, you will be a natural communicator with excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate at the highest level.

We offer a great working environment, an above average salary and uncapped commission, with an OTE of £35k in the first year.

Subscriptions Manager

The Company:

Voyageur Publishing and Events, part of Voyageur Group, brings the international travel and health insurance industry together by hosting and managing four annual conferences: ITIC Americas, ITIC UK, ITIC Asia Pacific and ITIC Global. The publishing team keep the industry informed on the latest news and developments each month through the International Travel & Health Insurance Journal (ITIJ) and AirMed and Rescue magazine, as well as various other quarterly supplements.

The Role:

To manage our database of magazine subscribers and event attendees, process subscription orders, and carry out mailing list production tasks. Cross checking social media groups with our database to ensure lists are current; adding new advertisers to the publishing websites; 'can-do’ attitude and the ability to make a good cuppa!

What’s involved:

Using our bespoke Myriad database software to make database amendments and process subscription orders. The role will also involve data cleansing, researching new contacts, and running reports to send to our mailing and distribution houses and Sales team.

The candidate:

Good communications skills are essential, as the candidate will spend a significant amount of time on the telephone and emailing contacts. Excellent organisational skills are also a must.

Working hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9-5.30 pm.

In-house training will be given, but experience of using database software is an advantage.

Salary - negotiable depending on experience.
